Our Process

  • Choosing the right videographer to capture your wedding is a big decision, so it’s important that you find someone who understands you. When you contact us, we’ll schedule a meeting with you. We can find out if we’re a good fit and discuss what package might suit you best. If you’re close by, we can grab a coffee together and talk your wedding vision over in person or we can arrange a zoom call.

  • When you’re ready to book, we’ll send you an agreement to sign and take a deposit to secure your date in our diary.

  • 4-6 weeks before your big day, we’ll schedule another meeting to talk about your wedding plans, find out who’s involved in your day and listen to your story so that we can prepare for the day. We’re all about providing a personal experience so we’ll get to know you as a couple and work to make a video that represents you as a couple!

  • We’ll work with your bridal team and venue to ensure we capture all the big moments without intruding on your day.

  • We aim to deliver your trailer within 4-6 weeks and your finished film within 8-12 weeks of the wedding day and we’ll contact you if there are any unforeseen delays.

FAQs

Do you charge a deposit?

Yes. It’s important that you are sure we are the right fit for your day and so we will provide an official quote and ask you to sign an agreement when you are ready. To secure your date in our diary we take a 50% non-refundable deposit and we ask that the remaining balance is paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding day.

How far in advance should we book?

There’s no easy answer for this. Ideally we recommend that you book as soon as you feel that we are the right fit for your wedding to avoid disappointment.

How long does it take to get our video?

We aim to have all videos finished and sent to you within 8-12 weeks of the wedding date. Our videos are put together with meticulous attention to detail and a full colour grade so we like to ensure we take our time to make sure they are perfect before we send them over.

How many cameras do you use?

We will always have a minimum of two people filming on the day and will use a combination of cameras to capture the best possible footage. We will usually have 3 cameras set up during the ceremony to make sure we capture as much as possible but this could be affected buy the size and space of the venue as we don’t want to get in the way of your day.

Do you have a drone?

Yes! We can capture drone footage on your day and this is an optional extra that you can add when we discuss your requirements. Drone footage is subject to space and safety regulations and may not be possible in certain restricted areas. We can check this for you ahead of time.

What areas do you cover?

We are primarily based in Glasgow and so will cover the majority of the greater Glasgow area at no extra cost. We are happy to travel further however, we will need to charge to cover travel costs and possibly accommodation if an overnight stay is required. Don’t worry though, we would be very up front about this and all charges would be confirmed before any deposit is requested.

Can we choose the music in our video(s)?

Unfortunately no. All of the music we use is properly licensed and, due to copyright laws, we are unable freely use popular songs.

Also, it is our mission to create a wedding video that closely captures the themes and vibes of your day. This means we choose music that best suits our own editing style and the pacing of your video(s). We love to tailor the music to your day!
